Kurt Dys was the Construction Superintendent for Costanza Homes who oversaw the construction of our 3800 square foot new home in Crescent Oaks. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to details and customer-oriented. About one year after moving into the home, we decided to add 600 square feet of living space to our home. We contacted Kurt to see if he could recommend a contractor to do the addition. He informed us that he had just started into business on his own. 

We hired Kurt to do the addition. He gave us valuable input on how to plan the addition in order to aesthetically integrate it into the original home design. Additionally, we needed the addition completed on an extremely accelerated schedule. Once again, as a result of Kurt’s knowledge, conscientiousness and eye for detail, the results are spectacular. The project was completed on time, within budget and to our satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with either the process or the end product. 

Obviously, as we have in the past, we will continue to highly recommend Kurt Dys.
